Born in Oakland, Cynthia learned a lot from her mother, who nurtured her sense of independence and taught her the value of a good education. After high school, Cynthia went to college where she majored in Accounting and Finance and joined the military to help pay for school. Those who know Cynthia are always surprised to find out that she spent six years in the military...taking orders! After completing her military service, working for a few years, and earning her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, Cynthia headed to Business School where she earned her Master of Business Administration and traveled the world to places like Brazil, Argentina and Africa.

Cynthia returned to the Bay Area to work for a brokerage firm, the same brokerage firm she works for today and where she met Jamont. Cynthia loves to travel, sing (car and shower performances only), and build websites in her spare time (we hope you enjoy this one!).

Born in San Francisco, Jamont was surrounded by lots of family. He was a happy baby and particularly fond of his grandparents, who nurtured his friendly nature and sense of humor. Jamont's parents definitely developed his adventurous side, taking him to London, Paris, Germany, and Egypt. After high school, Jamont went to college and majored in Administration of Justice. He worked for a year after college, then decided to go to graduate school. He earned his Master of Human Resources along with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Today, Jamont combines his profession with one of his passions--providing employee relations support for the number one publisher of interactive entertainment software. Jamont loves cars, tech gadgets and national politics (ask him anything about politics).

Jamont is particularly honored to have his wedding take place on November 6th. This day is special because it is the birthday of his late grandfather, Floyd--a man of great character, good humor and lots of love.
